British company Carousel Lights makes fairground-inspired lighting for everything from homes, shops and cafés to weddings, parties and festivals. The company is founded by siblings Ben and Rebecca Reynolds, whose love of the fairground began as young children after a trip to Lincolnshire’s Boston May Fair. The fair has been held in Boston every year since 1125 and is one of the oldest travelling fairs in the UK. The pair design a range of groovy lights, all of which are made by British craftsmen. Glowing hearts, stars and letters of the alphabet and will light up any room; vintage pieces are also available, giving old, reclaimed items a new burst of life. Carousel Lights’s forte is making bespoke designs to any specification, with a huge variety of colours, materials and finishes. StyleCard holders get 15% off any custom-made light at Carousel Lights. If you ever fancied having your name in lights, this is your time.
