As the man behind successful restaurants XO, Eight Over Eight and La Bodega Negra, Will Ricker knows what’s good. In his latest venture, he joins forces with Joe Cross to launch The Juice Well in Soho. Better known as ‘Joe the Juicer’, Cross is founder of ‘Reboot With Joe’, a diet plan that’s a huge hit in USA. He is also the maker of cult documentary ‘Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead’.  The Juice Well sells organic, cold-pressed juices, smoothies and cleanses, each a powerhouse of goodness. At The Juice Well, you are invited to ‘drink a rainbow every day’; Ricker has enlisted the services of nutritionist Elizabeth Peyton-Jones (author of ‘Eat Yourself Young’) to design the menu. Choose from a an array of coloured concoctions like Deep Purple, Total Greens, BodyGuard, Hunger Buster and Spicy Gazpacho alongside healing tonics and milks; the Reverse Osmosis Water and Alkaline Water are radical. And great. Accompanying superfood snacks come in the form of kale chips, chia and coconut pots, chocolate brownies and more. It’s all well and good.
