We and our partners aim to deliver your membership card, (where applicable), and any relevant chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Partners selling directly choose their own method of delivery, but this is subject to a thorough quality control process by StyleCard in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Please order from StyleCard with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this. Delivery time is normally between 2 and 10 working days depending on when your order is processed and the location you require the order to be shipped to. Delivery is via UK Royal Mail.
If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Please note that we and our Partners aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, StyleCard and its Partners are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU or purchase items from a partner based outside your country or trading zone, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.
